God dammit, Cock pumps are ruining my Leg Days Last few leg days I have been getting rock hard, painful lower back pumps after 3 or 4 sets of squats. I end up virtually immobile for 10-20 minutes while the pump lets up. My leg workouts are suffering. Im not on any gear or anything all I can think is that Im not drinking enough fluids. I take CEE and Xtend during workout. Pur and BDR, what do you do to avoid this? I hear that dbol, anadrol, etc give you crazy lower back pumps all the time, what do you do to get through a workout?
