God dammit, Cock pumps are ruining my Leg Days

Last few leg days I have been getting rock hard, painful lower back pumps after 3 or 4 sets of squats. I end up virtually immobile for 10-20 minutes while the pump lets up.

    My leg workouts are suffering.

Im not on any gear or anything all I can think is that Im not drinking enough fluids. I take CEE and Xtend during workout. :dunno:

Pur and BDR, what do you do to avoid this? I hear that dbol, anadrol, etc give you crazy lower back pumps all the time, what do you do to get through a workout?

My leg routine is basically Pur's routine. So my first lift is leg extensions. Then straight into squats.

Red Blast helps me deal with back pumps...also potassium citrate is really good for dealing with them...

Ibuprofen is really just an anti-inflamatory. So im sure it would work well. But you might be right about it hindering the rest of the workout. :dunno:

I can squat over 500 for reps with just belt/wraps but if I try to do something like 225x20 I get a killer lower back pump...always have....

ahh, i know what you mean now

but with 6-10 reps (purs routine), i dont think lower back pumps of that magnitude should happen
i was doing legs on that routine today and i did get pumps but nothing to immobilize me

Glad its not just me. First I thought my form might be faultering but today I focused intently on good form and still insta-pump after 3 sets.

it also depends on how you squat....even when I'm squatting raw it is definitely not a narrow stance squat and my posterior chain gets nailed...

Haha, seriously. I love Primal N2O but I totally gave up on that scooper bullshit. I just toss a chunk into the glass now and stir it up.
