get back into deadlifting after a lowerback strain:o

after that, aim for a 495 dead, 405 squat, and 275 bench by march (when my membership expires)

edit: reduce more body fat, gain more muscle mass, and run 1.5 miles by 14:00min (yes i know that is sad, but its difficult for me:o)

I am more than happy with where my lifts are at, so I suppose my goals for 2006 would be:

drop bf% by about 5 or 6% while continuing to gain weight upto a solid 220lbs.
