    Seriously,

When I do some heavy squatting, practically to failure, as soon as I let the weights down, I feel dizzy for a split second, Is that normal???

but not everyone one of us have the time and/or the money to go see a doctor, so you can waste a few hours for him to tell you "you'd be alright, apply ice and it will heat on it's own" and bill you $100.

I think the point of the post is, when something serious happens that requires treatment beyond ice, then you should go to the doctor. I dunno about you though, last time i went to the doctor, the total trip was about half an hour, he gave me some free NSAIDs to take, and i dunno how much it cost cuz i have insurance so it only cost $10.

yes, you are pushing yourself very hard and that is limiting the blood flow and oxygen to your brain, I get dizzy after every set of squats i do for like 15 secs then I come to and get some water. If it goes longer than that you can black out...i would rest up for a little or go a little less intense if that may occur.

it's always normal to feel dizzy after you push yourself hard like that. Like filmy said, pushing that hard limits your oxygen levels in your body, especially when you forget ot breathe when pushing heavy weights. Take a little breather to collect yourself.

now feeling like you're about to puke and puking are different. I dont think i'd actually wanna puke. I have trouble getting enough calories to grow the last couple weeks as it is, i sure wouldn't waste any by puking.
