Work took a bunch of us out to go race go-karts, pretty cool way to spend the afternoon

I really wish I had a speedlight that I could have set up. I was limited to the flip up lame flash. Tried to adjust with ISO/EV as much as possible. How could I have made these better? Most of the shots were too blurry or out of focus.

    1. Turn 4 & Pit row
    (18-55mm) - 18mm, 1/160 @ f/4.0, ISO 800

    2. About to leave the pits - I'm thinking of trying to 'remove' the guy in red
    (55-200mm) - 125mm, 1/100 @ f/5.0, ISO 800

    3. Again, still hating on guy in red
    (55-200mm) - 180mm, 1/100 @ f/5.6, ISO 800

    4. Starting grid
    (55-200mm) - 86mm, 1/100 @ f/4.5, ISO 800

    5. Kart 11
    (55-200mm) - 135mm, 1/40 @ f/5.6, ISO 110

    6. Kart 3
    (55-200mm) - 55mm, 1/200 @ f4.0, ISO 800

    7. Failed attempt at motion
    (55-200mm) - 190mm, 1/15 @ f/5.6, ISO 500

The shots with better composition came out technically bad, the ones that came out better had terrible composition. Ugh. I also wanted to do some longer exposures and hit the flash at the end but the flip up pos wasn't strong enough to freeze the subjects. Grr..

    Frustrating but fun :hsd:
