    1.81 lbs of NO-Xplode - $65 :ugh:

I went in to GNC today and because of their BOGO sale on BSN, they jacked up the price by like $25 from what it was last month.

I had to actually put effort in to finding a website that sells it for more than $35.

How is this ethical business practice? Jack up the prices and then pretend it's a wonderful buy one get one sale. Fucking ridiculous.

I realize that GNC being a ripoff is old news. I used to go in there every once in a while and pay mark-up because I was too lazy to order online, but fuck that shit. I'm done with that place.

Seriously. I've been lifting for a long ass time and I've always been scared to order supplements online. Don't know why, but I'd rather get them in person and pay just a bit more. Vitamin World isn't too bad for the most part. Good deals from time to time. But online deals are really the way to go. I'm fucking done with ripoff stores.

Its to make their gold card seem like this wonderful thing, meanwhile those who don't research still get ripped.

I don't why the hell people even bother to go there.

Nearly doubling the price of a product for a BOGO sale is some damn good business ethics

not very hard if theyre hiring. but theyre rarely hiring since each gnc only has like 4 employees plus the managers. its an easy job

ummmm, not that i'm really defending gnc, but overhead costs are really high. marketing, workers, rent, you know, that kinda stuff. don't pay the extra for the convenience if you don't think it's worth it.

Not really, vitamin Shoppe has the same overhead, yet their prices are quite a bit lower on just about everything.

I KNOW how much they pay for their products and their markup is HUGE. Anyone who ever steps foot into a GNC is a a moron IMHO. GNC had a deal for buy one get one free NO XPLODE and Smoothie King's reg price for two was STILL cheaper. I honestly dont understand how they get any business at all.

I met a few kids on spring break who made a desprate, yet unconvincing argument about how AMAZING No-Xplode was. I laughed and blew cigar smoke in their face. Ive seriously told COUNTLESS people how stupid and overpriced all that shit is.

The only time I've ever bought from GNC is when their ON was cheaper ($25) than online.
