gmc envoy check engine light

    today while driving home my "check engine light light" up. any suggestions? please help

    I suggest you go get the code read. then fix it.

    drive your happy ass to autozone and have them plug their code readin in it...

    Im glad you figured it out. Also be careful with "bad gas." My S10 is so damn picky with gas it's rediculous. When it gets fuel that it doesnt like, i get the engine light.

    yeah thats true, i tried filling up with the cheap arco stuff (a.k.a BP) and my car was making all kinds of weird noises and the light would come on at times as well, it started to scare me eve lol. so i went to put in some 92 cheveron gasoline and it stopped right away. Runs perfectly :) now if i fill up with high quality gas i go with the 89 and if its low then i go with 92 i try not to use 87 unless i am in a serious hole for cash
