good luck getting the police to get that slow overweight pos SHO Ford
if it does happen, expect Holden kit, with Chevrolet logos
What makes a police car a police car?
purple police car lol
its blue, just lighting
In for buying a 3yr old retired G8 GT cruiser w/ 500k mi for $3k.
it will be sold to police and not the public at large.
but, it also means in a few years times, there will be swarms of used Commodores on the market for basement bargain prices with 6.0L engines
In for $5,000 used G8 interceptors at auction
thats whats exciting
even better, it will probably have all holden bodywork
i still think the car is too good for a police car, police want shitters with live rear axles.
They also want comfortable cars. The G8 is much better than the Jurassic-era Crown Vic.
this post + your av = confusion
we have blue, purple, red, green ones driving around sydney all the time
usually fedral police though
true, and they almost twice the horsepower.. through a modern 6 speed auto blah blah blah
It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters, so it'll run good on regular gas.
Sign me up. Hasn't been a good cruiser since the LT1 9C1.
Normally I would say this is what "makes a police car a police car"
V8, Rear Wheel Drive, Four Doors, Lots of interior room, Lots of trunk room, Column Shifter, Body-on-frame.
lol... SHO is like... 45k, right?
yeah... municipalities have that kind of money to dump on cars
Get that out of here. I want to put bad guy in the rear not sit shotgun with him.
lel column shift
and its significantly slower
