GM is too big to go away completely. At worst they would go into bankruptcy and emerge a much smaller company without the UAW obligations. Even with all of thier problems they are worth about 23 Billion dollars right now. Not in terms of stock value but in actual assets.

GM is the only one that seems to noticed at their shitty quality and starting to do something about it unlike Ford or Chrysler.

And Buick is topping the charts with the more-important long-term reliability.

Yup. Even according to consumer reports, over the long term Ford cars are more reliable than Chevy or Chrysler.

GM should file bankruptcy, throw off the UAW, and re-emerge as a military contractor. Mad dollars in that racket, son.

  21. only dumbasses would laugh about this on OT and think it's a great thing.

instead you should be fucking worry how this will hurt out ultra-shit economy more if something were to happen to them

    Can't come soon enough

Once one of the automakers goes under (and assets sold off), the UAW will essentially be destroyed. Without the UAW, american autos would be much better off to compete. Union workers are paid WAY too much for what is essentially unskilled labor any person with a high school degree could do.

GM should just hire Bona Fide as CEO. He is obviously smart enough to run the company.

Buick is essentially tied with mercury... but then Ford and Lincoln come right after... and the rest of GM is WAY down the list.
