I highly doubt anyone will buy it.
made from jets bro
koenigsegg walked away from the table because gm wants to hold onto the intellectual property rights
the deadline on the beijing auto deal is tuesday. that deal may fall apart for the same reason
I don't think anyone is going to want to pay much for old GM cars that were buckets anyway.
I dont understand why GM just doesnt sell it cheaply
If they dont find a buyer, they are just going to close the company down
GM has some pretty big loans to pay back.
they should have just stuck with jets
thats going to be rather hard when they cant even post a profit
They did. The jet side and the car side split years ago when GM bought half of the company.
and what really sucks is we sunk billions of taxpayer dollars to a company that is in the same shitty shape it was before it filed bankruptcy.
They are getting rid of dead brands now but they still have far more capacity than they can use and the UAW bleeding them dry.
Sucks to see an American icon die but they did it to themselves.
its through poor managament more than anything, i cant beleive the government restructured them and than allowed the UAW contracts to remain in place, retarded overpriced workers, now the UAW owns part of GM
GM is even further in debt than ever before and is no better off, if they think the Volt and Chevrolet Cruze is going to save a company that posts 200m losses every quarter they are retarded
as long as we still have Ford im not really bothered.
Looks like spyker is trying to move in where coineggznig left off.
hopefully the fail of gm will bring an end to the uaw
hm a rusty 25 year old 93 or brand new chinese made 93
thats one tough question
Saab has by the worst interior out of any car ive seen in modern day...its a joke. Too bad, cause there exterior is nicely designed.
they are still all in to Ford's ass.
Glad you posted in the thread... didn't feel right without ya
ford doesn't have anywere near the manufacturing capacity gm has stateside anymore
Now that I think about it, GM could have closed all of its own facilities and just bought a couple foreign manufacturers.
I wonder how GM could have done with just gluing new badges on Nissans?
no but they do still have huge pension obligations to meet although nowhere near as bad as GM. Ford was a lot better in their negotiations.
if GM just sell Holden to the Chinese when they close ill be more than happy for the American overlord to die
im sure GM performance could continue to build LS engines
Saab was disasteriously managed well prior to GM buying it out. Like Volvo it's a massive money pit.
my friends mom had a Saab in HS, worst vehicle ever. everything went wrong on it, tranny, electrical.
