my gym doesn't have a glute ham raise nor does it have a reverse hyper. the only things i've been doing for my glutes/hams are pullthroughs, semi-stiff legged deadlifts, and curls. is there anything else?

You could actually do like mini GHRs on a 45 degree back raise

i do 45 degree raises with a plate in front of my chest but i always thought it was more of a lower back exercise than glutes/hams.

First off put the plate behind your head
and adjust the back raise, you should be hittign the glutes and especially the hams with it, also use a bar if you can do more than 5 reps with the plate, load that shit up

I hate how everyone thinks the GHR is the end all most needed exersize.

Come up off of the pad when you do them until you are completely straight. This works the glutes and hams.
