Do you just mix it with your protein shake? Should I add it to my diet? What kind do you guys use?
I take 3-5g L-Glutamine before bed with water. Alot of protein powders have glutamine already in it, and with all the protein your body absorbs when you have one you might not get all of the benefit.
I remember someone here mentioning that L-glutamine could potentially be toxic? no idea, but I don't take it.
