I am looking to by some Glutamine.

What are some of the better brands? I was thinking Optimum Nutrition, since I already got some Casein and Whey from them and I have been seeing good results.

and also what should I know about Glutamine? how much will it really help?

I've always heard it was worthless and/or the qty's needed to ingest to get any benefit were astronomical. I'll have to see if I still have the links in my favorites.

yeah, I'd spend your money on something else. BCAA's may be a good choice.

    XTend is a popular choice.

Depeneding on what whey you use, it may have a ton of BCAA's already in it, so double check that.

every complete protein source has bcaa's, that's what bcaa's are...part of what makes up protein
