Today I've decided if OT can keep me in check then maybe there's a possibility I can change for the better.

Goals: Right now I'm 6'2" and probably 360-375lb and this is just completely unacceptable. I wear size 50 pants and am tired of being a fatass. I don't really have the extra cash for a gym membership around here (they're all expensive). So I'll be improvising workouts until I buy a decent freeweight setup for my bedroom or basement.

    6/20/5
    Breakfast - None
Lunch: 2 Tuna Sandwiches + Small dish of Hawaiian salad + glass of iced tea
Snack: Ice Cream Sandwich :hsd: :nono:
Dinner: 2 Chicken Breasts + 2 servings of mixed greens

    Workout:
Walked aimlessly around my hometown for an hour.
Came home. Found the only freeweights here right now. (Set of 20lb dumbbells).
Improvised a bunch of arm workouts. Did a total of 100 reps.
    Did 100 crunches.
    And I'm spent

    6/21/05 revised.

    Breakfast: Same
    Snack: Wheat crackers w/ PB
Lunch: 12" Subway Tuna Salad Sub on Wheat, with lettuce + tomato only, water to drink
Snack: Peanuts, 25cent bag + more water
Dinner: Went to parents house, they had made one of those homestyle bakes things. It was some ham and potato thing. It was tasty but definately NOT high on my list of healthy things to eat right now. I had iced tea to drink with that.

Overall. Not too shabby compared to my normal routine.

Here's an example of what my day would consist of a month ago.
    Breakfast - None
Snack - Something chocolatey out of the vending machine
Lunch - Something fried from a fast food place (usually 2 Jr. Bacons a fry and a soda)
Dinner - something fast. Usually microwavable or something like a pizza in the oven.

6/22 and 6/23 were pretty much the same. I just generally watched what I ate. I can't even remember to post it though, I was off the computer.

    6/24/05
Breakfast: Lg bowl of oatmeal, 8oz glass of OJ
    Snack: Wheat crackers
Lunch: Two turkey on wheat sandwiches with mustard on them, a bottle of water, two 10 calorie sugar free jello cups
Dinner: 12" Southwest Chicken sub on wheat from subway + iced tea.

And I didn't do any specific workouts today though. You have to understand working 12 hours a day outside, I tend to get a lot of exercise naturally.

    6/25

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 8oz glass of OJ
Lunch: I cheated since it was saturday and went with coworkers to a bar/restaurant. I had half a tenderloin and fries
Dinner: Two turkey sandwiches and that's it.
Snack: I had a small orange shake from UDF, but working outside for 10 hours in 94 degree heat, I've earned it.

Workout: Work counted today. I loaded 100+ 8 foot tables, walked 5+ miles, and lifted more heavy shit than you could imagine.

Workout: I was feeling completely lazy yesterday and all I managed to do was an hour of cardio.
