    This is a pretty good, albeit short, vid to see a few options for sweeps to go with those entrances.

    hey I have this dvd, I can definitely tell you guys that it is worth getting. I got it from a friend, and ripped it on my computer. In my opinion, it is MOST valuable to a new blue belt because of the order in which he teaches the material. Of course, the latter stuff is very useful for even the most advanced grappler, but I am talking about who benefits the most from watching/learning from this set.

    i dont use the mma tracker that everyone else uses. i use tang so doo and some other private torrent sites that are pretty quick with zero day releases in HD.
