Giving this another try - naughtysiggie's 08 training log

    So, I'm giving this another try. Any comments/suggestions are welcome. :)

    Breakfast

    2 pieces of homemade wheat banana bread
    1 nectarine

    Snack/Lunch

    1 low fat string cheese
    some teriyaki beef jerky
    15 large grapes

    Dinner

    Romaine lettuce salad with egg, can of chicken, bacon, cheese, carrots, and tomatoes

    some cookie dough (It didn't happen if I don't write it down. :o )

    Exercise:
    45 mins. Taebo with resistance bands

    same as above for breakfast and snack/lunch
