just post your favorites
I like dips, but I'm sure that's not the advice you're looking for.
skullcrushers are fun
close grip bench but i dont do
Dips are great for the triceps.
cg bench, weighted dips, incline skull crushers, tate press
but what is a french press?
Skullcrushers really focus on the tricep if you have good form...
Pull downs with the rope
I'm not promoting them, I hate them too, but they are a tricep exercise nonetheless.
French press is a dumbbell behind the head, standard overhead tricep press.
french press is headbangers/skullcrushers
overhead extensions ar egood
Really? I always thought french press was in seated position with dumbbell behind the head?
weighted dips are one of my all time favorite exercises
I like Tate presses
skullcrushers/tricep extension ftw.
Skullcrushers iwth ez bar or 2 dumbells at the same time. You can also do this reversed with a BB and is very hard as your palms face your face.
Kickbacks on the cable machine with the cable crossover extention squeezing at the bottom/lockout for 4 seconds
Close grip bench
If i wamt to "feel the burn"
I like decline plams facing eachother
I do lockouts too, but never feel too much.
skullcrushers have gotten the best results for me so far
I ussually do lying tricep extensions since if I max out I can ditch the weight
My elbows hurt .
I do pushdowns and tricep extensions usually. Kickbacks just feel real easy and have a short movement for me. Even if I can't do the weight, it just feels weird.
skullcrushers with strict form
rope pulldowns supersetted with overhead rope press
I like to do cable pushdowns with the rope sitting on an incline bench, hard to cheat. You but the bench so the back is facing the weight stack on the cables, then you sit down and pull the rope down from over your head and do your set.
push downs with rope
lay off any kind of extensions
i do skulls, cg bench on occasion, tri extensions with the cable machine
kick backs are good too, maybe i'll throw them back into the workout
