    Since I'm in this thread so much... I thought i would get some advice...
    I'm in here so much I thought i would put a thread up...(plus i finally bought an av.)

    My Diet:

    My workout: (i'm cutting right now..)
    Monday: 25 min stair-steppa HIIT
    Tuesday 10 min S-S HIIT, weights- chest, tri's shoulders
    Wed: 25 min stair-steppa HIIT, Abs
    Thur: 10 min S-S HIIT, weights - legs
    Friday: 25 min stair-steppa HIIT
    Sat: 10 min S-S HIIT, weights - back & arms
    Sunday:25 min stair-steppa HIIT, Abs

    I'm trying to get to 8% BF for the first time...

    That's quite a lot of cardio.

    And get more of your cals from real foods.

    like get rid of my 2 shakes? What would i replace them with?

    and if i don't do cardio I won't see change. At all. Period. I tried cutting w/out cardio & I stayed at 17% for 3 months....So i added cardio...

    you definitely need to up your calories to atleast 2200, averaging around 1600 or 1800 is probably too low for you especially with all that cardio

    any muscle mass that you do have is gonna be stripped away pretty quick

    but my lean body mass is around 155lbs? I'm eating 1grm of protein for every pound+... Do i need more carbs or protein?

    well your maintaince with that amount of cardio is probably 2800 or more

    probably a lot more

    What if i did less cardio then?
