My girl takes ThermaLean pills once or twice a day as an energy boost. If she is training that day she will take two, otherwise she will take one if she feels low energy. I spoke to her about these pills and they seem to do the trick, but she wants something differant - more of a kick in the ass, with more results and better fat loss. I mentioned an E C Y stack to her as she can expect better results and more of a kick. What do you think is her best bet? She is about 5'2 110 - 115. She wants to tone more and have more intense workouts.
