    it will take a little getting used to but it is so nice not having to clunk along in rosetta

    I would rather use PS on Rosetta before using anything else. But if you are just the casual user, this is probably the best bet.

    X11 is on the OSX CD1 in the optional installs package

    while i appreciate the noble intent of the gimp, i don't think it can really hold its ground next to photoshop if you're serious about imaging. but for the casual user, i suppose it's a pretty good (price-wise) alternative

    I guess this'll do until I can find a warez of Photoshop... getting tired of not being able to do shit with my pics.. iPhoto is fucking useless.
