Gimme a new routine

    been using the same routine for awhile now (basic 4-5 day split :wtc:)
    looking for a new 3 day. did christophers already and made some good gains whats working for you guys right now?

    fwiw... whenever i get in a rut, i'll go back to the basics and do the following full body routine three times a week:

    * squats
    * dead lifts
    * bent over bb rows
    * bench press
    * military press
    * compound set - cable curls/tricep pds
