    oh snape this is old as feezy.


    Well I took like a good 6 months off of lifting and turned into a skinny-fat, weak bitch. Guess my motivation was all fucked because I thought I'd get sick again and lose months worth of gains in like a week. Really messed with my mind. Started back up a couple weeks ago and am really enjoying it. I've been healthy for more than a year now so I'm finally getting back into it. I'll start updating this log again. I'm on Max-OT at the moment.
