My friend gave me a private lesson for free at something she loves to do. We've recently met. She's a busy person and works very hard. Since I didn't have to pay, I thought I'd get her a gift certificate at a local hair salon that my friend works at as a reward. Money is not a issue with me, is this a quality gesture in your guys opinion? I've already told her I'm attracted to her and think she's great... She's said the same sort of thing too.

Assuming it was dance lessons, or the likes, I can see a gift of equal value would be appropriate. Don't go overboard though. Keep the price reasonable otherwise she may feel obligated (in a bad way) to repay you - like you are expecting more from her.
