GHRs

    Is there a special form to them? They seem kind of easy when I use the ghr. Even with weight. I thought I read there was a special tecnhique needed

    yeah, there are two versions, the advabnced and the regular, the more advanced one, you dont go all the way down, only to where youa re parallel with the ground. also, weight behind your head makes them extremely difficult.

    I'm the only one who actually does GHR's at my gym and I get the weirdest looks. Everyone else just uses it for hypers. :rofl:

    GHR's with bands is sweet. I got to where I could do a ton of them but last time I tried my hamstring is so fucked I thought I was gonna snap it.

    you sure youre keeping your body that straight when youre doing them? try holding your hands or even 5lbs behind your head

    I'm definitely stiff and straight I have a mirror right there. I place a barbell high on my traps for weight. It's just a natural exercise for me for whatever reason.
