And I came inside of her. She's taken the pill every day this month, today she started the inactive ones. Should she go take EC?

She's freaking out, and I'm starting to too :o But at the same time I don't know if there's that much to freak out about.

when you take the pill correctly, you don't have any more chance of getting pregnant on an inactive pill as an active one.

it's when you randomly miss a pill in the middle of the active ones that you've got trouble.

basically, you guys are fine. there's about a 0.1% chance that she's pregnant.

it's rare that she'll get pregnant

but if she is freaking out, and wants to get the Plan B pill, tell her to get it as soon as possible. has to be taken within 3 days of intercourse

Plan B is recommended for when bc methods fail (if she missed a pill, if condom broke without female taking bc, or unwanted sex, etc.)

if she takes it, she may get sick a little bit, causes nausea and her period may be irregular next cycle

if she's 17 or under, she'll need a prescription though, if not, she can get it at any local pharmacy

most likely she's not pregnant...i agree with that

the pill is very effective to use on its own

but sometimes if a female is paranoid or worried, it's probably in her best interest to take EC if it will ease her mind. although she should trust her bc because EC is not a form of regular bc

does it matter if the pill has been taken at like different times during the day? Like you are supposed to take it at 6 PM everyday and one day you take it at like 6:30 or 6:15 or something?

should be taken same time everyday

i'm sure if it's 15 minutes off, once, you'll be ok
but don't make it a habit

I was born because my mom took the pill at different times during the day, but it was like 11 am one day, 8 pm the next, not just an hour off here and there.

You're fine. If she's already on normal hormonal BC (the pill), then getting her EC will only fuck her up for a bit.

The statistical failure chances on the pill, particularly for those taken as prescribed (interval of dose, etc), are REALLY REALLY SMALL. Millions of us out in the world have been having sex with our significant others, using only the hormonal birth control, for decades.
