So I've been working out for years. My gf wanted to start eating healthier and exercising and started doing this a couple months ago. She's really petite, like 5'7" and 100 lbs, and she's afraid if she does anything like squats/stairclimber/cardio she's going to "lose her butt." I'm trying to convince her otherwise, but she gets very ornery when I try to tell her not to worry about it lol. She wants to get "shapely" legs like mine, but not like you can go for one and avoid the aforementioned "risk" Anyone with some helpful links/facts/before & after photos or stories/advice I could use?
