Ive gained 20 lbs since april (broke my collar bone so havent had a chance to do anything), and i need to get my BF % down real fast. I lift tuesday and thursday for ~1 1/2 hours, legs tues upper body thurs. What do i do to get my BF down? I dont care how hard it is, i have the discipline. Ill eat once every other day if i have to. What i reall need is- Slim down (im 6' 0'' 152lbs now) Lose a lot of fat Not lose muscle build muscle I dont want to be huge, i plan to be 145lbs and be cut.
