Been almost 7 weeks since I stopped lifting. I stopped because I came home from college, started working 40hrs/week and since I bought a car I can't really afford a Gym.

But in my basement I have 165lbs of weight, two dumbels, one straight bar (for benching, etc...), a bench, and a thing for preacher curls...

Think this is a good start? For until I get back to college (I go back the last week of august). I know... no leg stuff, since I don't have any leg machines.

    Day 1 – Chest/Triceps

    Chest:
    Barbell Bench Pres- 5x5
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press - 3x12
Dumbbell Bench Press w/ Twist -3x12

    Triceps:
Skull crushers w/ Dumbbell - 3x8 each set is directly followed by Close-Grip Bench Press - till Failure
    Kick Backs – 3x12
    French Curls – 3 x 12

    Day 3– Back/Biceps/Abs

    Back:
Wide Grip Pull-ups - how ever many you can do x 5
    Dead lifts – 5x5
    Bent over Rows – 3x8

    Biceps:
    Incline Curls - 3 x 6-8
    Preacher curls - 3 x 6-8
    Hammer Curls 3 x 6-8

    Day 5 – Delts/Traps /Forearms

    Seated Dumbbell Press – 3x12
    External Rotation – 3x12
    Upright Barbell Row – 3x12
    Front Dumbbell Raise – 3x12
    Side Dumbbell Raise - 3x12
    Military Press – 3x8

I was 6'1 almost 170lbs, benching 185lbs, deadlifting 225+, squating = 185... reason for low dead n sqauts is I just started doing them the last 2 weeks before I left for home. Oh Yes, I'm 6'1 and about 160lbs now and loosing :wtc:

Stupid work, gf, and car... made me loose most of my muscles... but apparently I still look good my GF says :wiggle:

looks fine. The key is actually doing stuff. Remember, stream lining your workout isnt the most important thing in the world, get your ass moving and you'll make progress.

True, but in High School I had a routine I stuck too and never really had any gains. Then in college my friend gave me a new routine and I had massive gains.
