Well, Monday or tuesday, I plan to start hitting the gym again due to my new access to a facility and the good food. Just starting out, I was thinking of just maybe doing a week or two of working my entire upper body and entire lower body on alternating days until I get back into the swing of things. Opinions on this? Also, could someone suggest (or critique) the routine I am going to post in the next little while? Thanks.

routine looks fine, just bust your ass and give it everything you've got. Get your diet right, and eat lots of food

    Thanks everyone

thanks, could you maybe make a suggestion on an exercise? I can't think of something else really. I must admit, legs aren't a part of my body I have focused on as much as I should have in the past. :hs:
