getting rid of slouching

    hip flexor stretches
    thoracic extensions
    thoracic mobilization stuff (foam roller, tennis balls)
    pec stretches
    lat stretches


    24/7 awareness of your posture and getting used to keeping it as best as you can.

    yeah, its a bad habit i try to watch out for but it's been so long. But better now than never!

    I sawed my entire leg off and when I went to the dr. he told me to start Formzing and when I did my leg grew back. :bowdown:

    on a serious note, do lower back exercises (this helped me)

    but most importantly, the primary "exercise" that's going to improve your posture is to just constantly sit up straight. after a while you'll get used to it and it'll be natural for you.

    great vid thanks. i have a foam roller that's just collecting dust.

    does this in any way replace stretching after lifting, or is it simply a supplement?

    No, stretching is for tissue length, this is for tissue quality.

    but if they're longer, then doesn't that give them the ability to grow larger?

    that all depends on the juxtaposition of the muscle bellies and the half-life of the muscle cell membranes.



    fuck all that science talk bro just lift some weights and try not to puke from your protein shakes... some results will come of it.
