So my body's shaping up pretty nicely, save for my stomach. Probably the hardest part of me to get rid of. I've gotten it cut down a little bit, but there is still quite a bit of fatty flab left. Is there a better way to get rid of this other than just my regular routine, including ab work?

I'm already watching my diet, ie: intake of calories < calories worked off.

I'm speaking in specifics to any excercises, of should I just stick with this and wait?

I run a few miles a few days out of the week. Should I up the frequency?

Why not? It's not going to hurt if you do that. You might see a change :bigthumb:

It did hurt, when I didn't have proper running shoes.

I might pick up more days of running since it's cooling down now. Might actually need a sweater some nights.

you can't spot reduce. it might just be a stubborn area so it's gunna take a little longer try upping intensity

I've been eating a lot less than I used to. Running used to hurt with the wrong shoes. I've got some decent running shoes now. Actually motivates me to run more :o

If running is boring you, try a barbell complex or some other type of circuit training for cardio.

I used to run 2-3 miles 3 times a week. I started to get in the best conditioning of my life when I dropped long distance running altogether and did just sprints and hill climbs.

:ugh: No. Neither are steroids. And T3 is one of the most catabolic hormones we produce.

Does the new formula still cause liver damage?
