Getting ready for greekweek at my school v.cardio&coordination

    k so greekweek is coming up in about 5 weeks at my school and i want to get into more of the sports this time. Im about 6'4 240. Ill be on the line in football but i need to work on my cardio and most importantly my coordination. I feel like im a pretty clumy guy sometimes, i think alot of it has to do with me being flat footed and also the fact that im a big guy on top of that. :hs:


    what kind of exercises would be good for improving coordination? im probly gonna be playing football, soccer, floor hockey, etc.

    Start eating nothing but white bread, beef and peanut butter every meal and running for 10 minute sessions 5 times a day or so.

    If you're eating less than a cup of peanut butter a day, you're wrong.

    i didnt realize that five fucking weeks was too late. im not looking to roid up and delt smash some guys on the field, all im looking at is too improve my coordination and maybe not get winded going up and down the field


    gtfo out of here with that shit :ugh2:

    If you goals are to achieve coordination, thats probably best achieved going to the field and throwing the football everyday. Moving weight won't help you there.

    If you dont want to get winded running up and down the field, then go run up and down the field. Do that daily and over the five weeks you will get better at it and not be winded.

    just run every day/play basketball. It will help your footwork and cardio. Maybe lose some weight.
