part of training... but I hate it
how big are the guys that are outmuscling you
One of the guys that I roll with several times per week does strongman every week and has been obviously lifting his entire life. He is in his thirties, weighs in at the mid 2's and is obviously juicing. He is one of the strongest guys that I have ever met. Keep in mind that my some of my relatives run powerlifting tourneys throughout michigan so I meet a lot of strong guys.
It completely sucks ass I agree. Just more motivation to keep working out.
It is very annoying, especially when you've almost got a lock and they just power out of it.
I get out muscled like all the time when I do submission wrestling since I'm only around 125lbs, like 95% of the time, the guy outweighs me by 30-40 lbs+ on average.
Oh but it feels SOOOO GOOOOOOOD when I catch someone off guard and get them in a submission. Makes it worth it.
improve your technique. be like marcelo!
I actually prefer to train with someone heavier/stronger than me. Definetly makes you work harder and bring up your game.
