title pretty much says it all. i'll probably have to take a couple days off the gym cause i'll be all drugged up, but what soft foods would be best to eat? lots of protein shakes?

would probably help a little if you said cutting/bulking and any macro ratios you're looking for.

sorry about that, im bulking, but not hardcore or anything, maybe a little more than a clean bulk. i dont gain weight too easily so i could pretty much eat anything. i dont follow any specific ratios with the carbs and protein and all that, i just try to eat pretty healthy

I got mine out not too long ago, and in a week I had already lost 10 lbs... Probably a lot of water but nonetheless I looked smaller. I hated every minute of it, haha I was trying to eat as much as I do now but its very hard with all the sleep and pain. Drink your protein shakes!

it shouldn't take long for you to be totally fine after surgery. i ate a steak the next day and i had 3 impacted teeth that they had to cut out. just make sure you don't get dry sockets.. from what i hear they suck ass.

It'll all depend on how you react to the surgery...largely dependent on whether or not your teeth are impacted or not. I got mine out about a year and a half ago, and was expecting the worst due to all the horror stories I heard.

Got them yanked in the afternoon, and my next meal was soup for dinner. Next day I was fine to eat solid foods. I just had to chew slowly and try to use my front teeth more to keep the food out of the back of my mouth.

Only took one of my pain meds that same night...didn't need anything more than regular Motrin after that :coold:

I went through atleast a container of yogurt and a bad of milk a day. My protein shakes were loaded with ice cream to help me keep atleast at maintenance.

I had a big mac combo then hit the gym (bi's and calves) the day after surgery, just gotta take it easier than normal.
