TAT Getting my first tattoo done this week

    Im getting a piece of bacon with a fedora a tie two toned shoes and a black tie and cuffs to a shirt but no shirt skankning on my foot. Ya know the dance you do to ska. Im getting it because im a chef and i love cooking and i have been known for many years for my love of bacon. My favorite music is ska. so yeah its a silly tattoo that i think will be awesome i will post pics after getting it. Im getting it done by my friend whos an apprentice but hes done a few pieces on other friends and ive liked them alot il post pics

    Apprentices should be doing small basic stuff until they grasp the basics of linework, shading and color.

    i appreciate the contructive criticism i may hold off on getting anything from him because its not so much that i would mind it not looking perfect because it is a silly tattoo ive wanted that isnt meant to be the most serious but even still i dont think i want this to be my first experience. Im glad i didnt just get flamed

    im speaking from experience :rofl: i got my first from my friend who was apprenticing. uneven stars, shaky lines and not so smooth shading.

    I have a couple apprentice tattoos but they're small and simple. After looking at that first pic again I noticed it's a cover-up! Apprentices should NOT be doing cover-up work at all. That kid is in way over his head.

    Here is my 1 apprentice tattoo. Its a buddy of mine and the outline and shading was the 7th time tattooing skin and the color was the 12th.

    the first piece isnt a cover up that stuff on the side was just my retard friend got tatooed by this coke head who couldnt do straight lines to save his life.

    and then he stopped tattooing. but yeah he struggled to get through it and i laughed the whole time. apprenticed for a long time before even touching a machine.


    its on the inside of my thigh. dont know about shredding i have a hole in my eardrum.

    thats weird that the kanji looks like a cover up because it isnt.
