getting into steroids, whats a good starter cycle?

    no haters in this thread, i'm not asking for a good source so this is just an educational discussion

    what's a good starter cycle? post from experience if possible, and note your weight and starting strength so i can better identify with you

    190, i think my ideal weight would be 175 at my current strength level, i started working out 4 weeks ago @ 205, so i've lost some fat, and strength has increased steadily. i'm 6'0.

    my max curls are 25lb freeweights in each hand, set of 10

    max bench i've tried is 135, set of 10

    i've been in the gym 6 days a week for the past four weeks, so i'm dedicated.....eating chicken, broccoli, tuna, salmon, etc....

    just get every roid you can think of and inject them everywhere


    if you dont even know what a good starter cycle is... then i guarantee you that you are not ready to do a cycle.

    i cant help but think this is a joke, you said 6 days a week for 4 weeks and you think you're dedicated, hahahahahaha, please :gtfo:

    what would be a good "goal" to shoot for before i could begin? i'm just doing the research right now

    you should be atleast 21, ideally 25+ and have been working out ATLEAST 2 years, steadily but most will tell you atleast 3 - 4 years plus

    I'd think the bare minimum would be bench 1.5x bw, squat 2x bw, dead 2.5x bw.

    At your experience, there is ton more room for you to gain with just proper diet and routine before you'd need to even start even thinking about roids.

    Seriously? I could've sworn I remembered filmy and him arguing back and forth from time to time about how he should do a cycle and how he could huge super swole but he always denied :noes:

    the best "goal" for you to shoot for is experience. there is no set minimum that "you should be benching X amount of weight and squatting X amount" you need experience.

    dude, steriods are not something you jump on when you are just starting to work out and your newbie ass is all out of shape. Steriods should be used for experienced and dedicated lifters who look for something to give them that extra "edge".. You dont need an "edge" yet, because you have yet to push your body to its max. You have been in the gym for 4 weeks and already seen a gain in strength and lost 15lbs.
    Get your ass on some basic supplements like creatine and protein, cycle those for a year while busting your ass in the gym, and THEN come back and ask this question.

    i have been taking creatine, no2, protein, and multivitamins regularly
