Okay, so I want to get into West Point and I meet all qualifications as it stands. The only problem is I have a fitness exam still left to go. Any suggestions on getting healthy?

Since you're too stupid to provide necessary details, maybe you should set your sights a little lower.

Nobody said this was a grammer forum, it said Fitness and Nutrition, but by your colorful commentary, I can see that the title is a misnomer.

since you can't realize that you didn't post any details about what you want help with... you should probably just skip the education part and go straight into service. Seems like a better choice for you.

run 2 miles every other day, do good hour of calisthenics on the other days (pushups, pull ups, dips, etc)

You won't be able to do everything there with ease, but at least you'll be better off than most dudes there... nobody performs in the military without a struggle, it will not be easy.

You might want to ask it in Teh Barracks forum. They might be able to help you better. This forum seems focused mainly on body building rather than overall fitness.

the fitness exams consist of a physical, number of pushus you can do in a minute, sit ups in a minute, and a 1.5 mile run, those seem to be the mandatory to get in, also 2 pull up minimum i think and there's also stuff like how far you can throw a medicine ball, your standing two foot horizontal jump and so forth, you have to complete all those to the satisfaction of the Military Academy to be accepted. Where do you stand as far as those requirements? The minimums are pretty easy to acquire unless you are pretty overweight or have never done any athletics or strength training before. It would be helpful if you could fine the specific requirements of the PT test and let us know where you stand with them and what is required. During boot camp you are also going to be running a shitload, up to 8 miles a day, so as a preliminary, start running to condition yourself, the guys that dont do any prep before they enter the Westpoint boot camp have a helluva time, those that are in great condition fine the physical portion to be relatively easy.....anyway, post some details in that regard.

Not that I know of, I just prefer not to fill in that as I generally do not use that type of language.
