I haven't been taking any supplements. I started lifting in mid-January. So far I have gone from 11.5" in my biceps to 13". 37.5" to 38" in my chest. My waist is the same, but my entire stomach/waistline is a bit more defined and I'm not sure on my shoulders. So is this growing a bit slow, bit fast, average? Edit: I have also gained 2 lbs, but I have cut some fat, as well.
