MMA Getting back into MMA

    After taking a two year and a (30lbs) hiatus I've finally decided to get back into MMA. My main concern is that my sched only allows me to train sun-thurs. Sun weight training, Mon Muay Thai, Tues weight traing + wrestling, Wed and Thurs BJJ. Is this too aggressive of a sched? Is my body going to hate me and not have time to recover?*i know this should prob go in the fitness forum, but I figured you guys would have a better idea of what I'm getting into*

    Its gonna suck for a few weeks and will hurt, but it will star to adjust.

    Just start slow(every day though) and don't really kill your body until it starts feeling better.

    You will know when you can get hard on it.
