Getting Back In Shape

    Decided to get back into shape. Decided to log. Not asthetic shape (body hasnt sagged too much since XC season). Back in cardio/XC shape.

    Goal: 20min 5k by late august. Not looking to run the 8 k competetively...but I'd like to run it.

    5/30
    Starting off easy.

    400m warm up
    2000m run ~11min
    400m cool down
