I have 2 jobs, I pretty much work two full time jobs so I dont get much sleep. I still go to the gym about 3 to 4 times a week. I wanted to know if I will still see results with little sleep. I work an 8 to 5, then go in at my second job 10pm to 7am. I sleep in betwen jobs about 3 hours and on weekends 8-11 hours most of the time. Will this have a negative effect on my results?
