I have 2 jobs, I pretty much work two full time jobs so I dont get much sleep. I still go to the gym about 3 to 4 times a week. I wanted to know if I will still see results with little sleep. I work an 8 to 5, then go in at my second job 10pm to 7am. I sleep in betwen jobs about 3 hours and on weekends 8-11 hours most of the time. Will this have a negative effect on my results?

I wouldn't even worry about going to the gym. Obviously you need the money more. Not enough sleep is going to cause you more harm. I would focus on getting sleep and worry about the gym when you have your life straight.

you'd need at least 8 hours of sleep to repair yourself from training.

you'd have to eat every 3~4 hours.

the way your schedule is .. i wouldnt bother doing anything b/c it will do more hard than good.

Some of the bigger guys here hardly sleep (Chris I think sleeps less than 5 hours a night). If you're getting bigger you're okay. Just keep an eye on your body.

    Good luck man.

I use to be a huge soda and coffee drinker so now caffeine doesnt really affect me. I can drink coffee and go to sleep right after without a problem.

I would look for a better paying job during the day so you dont work for pennies at wal-mart. But yeah, its not healthy period.

I'd try to ween myself off of it for a couple weeks. Then it should start being effective again.

I'd quit that Walmart job. It's not worth it to lose all the sleep.

I'd take a month or two break from the gym, it won't kill ya. Just make sure you continue to eat healthy and get as much sleep as possible.

I've been working two jobs and working out for years now. I also raise my little boy. I'm still getting gains.
