Getting a new computer

    I got a quote with these parts
    Australia $
    Pentium 4 551 (3.4 800FSB 1mb) $434.01
    Saphhire x800 pro 256mb tv/dvi agp 8x $631.60
    Gigabyte 8IPE77g (s775 i865PE AGP 8x) $141.60
    liteon sohw-1693s 16x+/-R Duallayer $79.10
    $30 to build it
    $103 for the case
    mouse and keyboard $34+$28
    Seagate sata 80-gb 7200 8mb st380817as $89, i got 250 g western digital @ home, and i have 1gb of ram at home.
    I was just wondering if those parts are good and could i get a part that is better for around the same price.

    Also is the intel a 64 bit processor and wat's the difference between 32bit and 64bit processsors.

    It's in Aussie dollars. Much less valuable than the USD.
