Took my XD9 3" subcompact to the range for the second time since I've owned it. Fed 100 rounds through it today, this was my first silhouette from 7 yards, purposely shooting each time at the head, upper torso, and lower torso. I was pissed about the one shot that hit the 9 when aiming at the lower torso, but that happened when I was breathing funny. I learned to control my breathing better and did fine with the rest of the silhouettes. I know there's probably a good reason why my shots tend to gather more to the right than center. If I try to purposely fix that, I shoot to the left. Why is that? I tried Googling how to read silhouettes but had no luck.
