anybody got any experiences with this place? I decided to turn down hollister's offer of 7/hr "impact" position of folding clothes in a noisy shithole wearing nothing but navy and white.

Yeah. It wasn't fun dealing with bitchy mothers. "WHAT! This shirt is $50?!!?!?!? I don't want it." Basically you void shit all day because little kids spend all their school shopping money on two items and parents get pissed.

You have to complete the Buckle Challenge to get a job there - walk from the front to the back of the store without being hassled by an employee

The Buckle sucks, but you can make some serious bank there. However that applies to females only most the time, the guys don't make quite as much. A lot of douche bags come in and will buy anything from any female in skimpy clothing, but will completely ignore the male employees.

I know someone that used to be an Assistant Manager at one. She made like 20+/hr due to commission when she felt like trying hard. Most the time it was around 17/hr.

You dont want the job, anyways. Atleast I wouldnt, if I were you.

I used to be a manager at Buckle.

Not worth what you have to put up with.

Well damn. It can't be worse than Hollister, I'm really just looking for an entry level job at the mall, it's only like 10 min away.

Why don't you just sell tires at an auto repair center? I made nearly $14/hour doing that shiz at my first job.
