gettin rid of beer belly..

    Been running 20 min a day/3days a week and doing 10mins of abexercise 3 times a week for several weeks now. It doesn't seem tobe working. Am I doing the right routine or do I need to alter it? I'm also taking a lot of protein shakes but I can't seem to lose my belly. Is it me or does getting rid of the gut just takes forever?

    If you are not losing weight then:

    Calories in > calories out.
