Get a VX7000 or a v710 now, or wait for VX8000?

    OT help me decide.

I got my VX6000 the 2nd week it came out, and now everyone has it. I love it though, it's the best phone I've ever had. I had Nokia 5190, and then a Motorola 120c. I was a little hesitant to get the vx6k cause it's made by LG, and at that time, I had never heard of the brand before.

I think it's time for a new phone already though.

So... is the VX7000's interface similiar to the VX6000?
Is the VX7000 that much better than the VX6000?

I tried the V710 at radioshack, and I wasn't really feelin it. I didn't get to use it that long though. Is it possible to assign pictures to contacts with the v710? For example, if Person A calls, can I have it show a picture of Person A show up on the display? Just like my VX6000?

If you like the VX7000, buy it. Unless you want to wait until September (supposed date of the VX8000), the 8000 is similar to the 7000, but it's extremely bulky. Probably because of its 1.3mp camera. If you really want a camera that bad then wait, but if not, the 7000 is for you..

i guess i am comfortable handling my own thick and long equipment....

i just like some of the features, such as the 1.3 megapixel camera,s peakerphone, memory card slot, as well as the ablity for high speed internet through it
