Cliffs: The EFS crew has assembled an 800+ page disc of information from the top names in the strength, conditioning, fighting.... badass shit, industry. If you make a $25 donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, you'll get a copy of the CD. This is a good cause being organized by good people.

There is no obligation to do this, but we would really appreciate any help. Its a good cause.

    "Thank you for the support.

Close to 600 copies of Lift Strong have been ordered in the last 36 hours. This is a great start to something I feel can do a lot of good.

Thank you all and please spread the word.

Honestly, I really want to thank you all who ordered so fast.

I feel most people see these things and think the same way I used to. They feel their one donation in exchange for the Lift Strong manual will not really matter and with so many readers someone else will do it.

The thing I realized is one person does matter, one donation does make a difference. Case in point, 500,000 people have clicked on the Lift Strong Manual but only 600 took the time to order (donate). This means .0012% of you took action on this.

BUT - this small percent generated $16,000 in donations in 36 hours! What it does show is one donation stacked on another does add up.

I am also sure as time goes by more and more donations ( CD - Manual orders) will be made.

This is something we should all be proud of."

Also if anyone rips and distributes this you're pretty much a worthless asshole and should chop your dick off.

Yeah it's got some good articles and whatnot. It's just a bunch of pdf files.

I wish it was in book form but whatever, I don't mind donating to something like that.
