Edit: I'm just curious to find out if any one has tried this and what kind of results they got. i have a professional wrestling lesson try out with a local promotion in a month and a couple days and would like to put on some more muscle weight. I fluctuate between 215-220 now and would like to put on as much muscle weight as i can. any tips would be help full.

I toss it in my workouts once in a while... either that or Gironda's 8x8.
Gist of both is you choose one compound exercise per bodypart and do 10x10 with 1 min rest (I think) or 8x8 with 30 sec rest between sets. With 8x8 you try to reduce rest times to 20-15 seconds. Some discrepancy though whether 8x8 is one exercise per bodypart of 8 sets for 3 exercises per bodypart.

looks interesting. i think i'm gonna try this when it's time to switch things up

looking at an example Day 1:
    Day 1: Chest and Back
A-1: Incline Barbell Presses, 10 sets of 5 on a 40X0 tempo, rest 100 seconds
    A-2: Lean-away Chin-ups, 10 sets of 5 on a 40X0 tempo, rest 100 seconds
B-1: Parallel Bar Dips, 3 sets of 6-8 on a 40X0 tempo, rest 90 seconds
    B-2: One-Arm Arc Dumbbell Rows, 3 sets of 6-8 on a 40X0 tempo, rest 90 seconds

does this mean 10 sets A-1, then 10 sets A-2, then 3 sets B-1, etc?
or alternate A-1/A-2 for 10 rounds, then alternate B-1/B-2 for 3 rounds?

You'll add size but strength will drop.

    .

Tried this about a year and a half ago. Got size fast, esp in the shoulders and traps. Strength-wise I didn't improve much at all.

It's basically just 10x10 90 sec rest in between sets for the major compound exercises.
