Even though the AA has a billion people photographing football already, you should really approach Dean (in the sports info office) about getting paid for it.

Typically they have a billion shots of all the big players from the major media outlets, but they lack shots of all the other offensive and defensive players.

There MIGHT be some money in it. Just show him your work. If not this season, then perhaps next.

Thanks Sam. I've got passes to the rest of this season's games already. But if I'm still in ATL next year after I graduate, I'll definitely get in touch with him about it. :bigok:

i only spend on photo equipment what I make w photography jobs.

good method for a student, I think...

after I graduate and have a real job is when I'll need to really be careful :noes:

:wiggle: - played with a 200/2 the other day. really thinking about getting one after football season...

Thanks, those aren't favorites of mine but I can see why you like them :)

    :bigthumb:

I rarely go below 1/1000 unless my ISO goes above 3200, then I drop to 1/800. NEVER below 1/800 though.

Thanks, thats basically straight out of the camera with some curves adjustments in CS4.

1/4 of the profits from every wedding next year is going toward either a new camera (most likely a D3S) or a new lens. Trying to book 'em large. :big grin:

Another meeting on tuesday, this time w/ a gal thats getting married at the River Oaks country club (richest neighborhood in H-Town). Wish a nigra luck. :x:
