    Triple Boxing in Woodstock
    Alpha Fighting in Dallas/Hiram
    Alliance BJJ in Sandy Springs
    Unit 2 in Atlanta
There is a new place in Woodstock called TUF MMA. Not sure if they're any good though.
    Tiger Academy is in Roswell

All of those are pretty decent.

MMA, I would choose Unit 2

BJJ I would go with Alliance.
