Geographic Pin-pointing

    Ok, long story..my friend on mIRC claims i CANT find out his street address based on his DNS...ive tried using TraceRoute and a couple other programs, im no hacker or anything so i dunno how else to go about this, any ideas?

    He's right. You cannot, unless maybe you worked for his ISP.
    It would have to be his IP address anyway, not DNS.
    It would be best of you to forget it, maybe read up on it before you try to "go about this" again.

    like vwgeek said, you really can't unless you work for an ISP.

    You may be able to figure out the general area that he lives in based on his IP address, but that still doesnt help too much.
